intership and apprenticeship

For a successive year the company organized training for future engineers. Internship program was targeted to students who have completed the fourth year at the technical university, as well as graduates with work experience of no more than one year. The program lasted for 3-6 months, with flexible working hours, and internships took place in factories or on construction sites of the Company throughout the country. After the internships the company offered a job to the best trainees. Moreover, holiday traineeships were offered to younger students.
