Polimex-Mostostal strategy focuses on the main activities and procedures how to reach an overarching goal, which is to increase the value of the Company and to achieve satisfactory financial results for the shareholders.

TQM (Total Quality Management) takes an important place in the Polimex-Mostostal strategy. It involves continuous improvement of all management processes, with particular emphasis on areas having a significantly positive impact on financial results and the satisfaction of shareholders and other stakeholders. Such key areas are primarily high quality products, services and customer satisfaction. Skilful sourcing management and exploitation of opportunities are also very important.

As an increased number of projects in prospective market sectors in the coming years are expected, the Group restructuring measures are implemented. They will strengthen the Company's performance in the energy industry significantly, which requires a substantial investment in new capacity expansion and modernization of existing production potential, as well as electricity transmission lines. In this way, a strong organization is being set up in Poland and in this part of Europe, being a reliable partner for investors as general contractor for a large investment in energy and heating, and - prospectively - in the field of nuclear energy.
