Polimex Mostostal organizational structure i s divided on main four departaments: operational, ownership supervision, finance & accounting and development.
Core activity is organized in several functional divisions covering individual areas of production or services delivered by Polimex-Mostostal. The largest production plants are located in Siedlce.
