Quality policy
Polimex-Mostostal S.A. achieves high quality of goods and services as a result of using state-of-the-art technologies at the stages of designing, execution and delivery of goods and services to customers. The company employs top class specialists and uses high quality materials, state-of-the-art technologies, machinery stock, effective organisation of work and competent process management. The Company imposes high quality requirements onto suppliers and subcontractors, and monitors the quality based on the adopted qualification procedures. The Company constantly raises professional qualifications and competence of its staff in order to ensure meeting customers' growing requirements.
In Polimex-Mostostal S.A. the Integrated Management System is based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard certified by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. and is used as one of the mechanisms in the management system.
In the Company the following issues are constantly analyzed:
1. What does the quality mean in relation to products and services?
2. What are and what will the customers’ requirements be?
3. Who is our competitor and what is its market position?

The important achievement within the pro-quality activity in the Company’s history is the fact that in 2009 Polimex-Mostostal received the Polish Quality Award in the team category of very large production and service organisations. President of the Management Board, Konrad Jaskóła, became a laureate of the 3rd Edition of the Polish Quality Award in the category “Perfect Leader”.
Polimex-Mostostal S.A. has taken advantage of the opportunities resulting from participation in the Polish Quality Award in an effective way - not only did it become a laureate, but also it was able to diagnoze its actions in the field of quality. Moreover, self-assessment has been adopted as analysis and control tool used every year for the improvement in the scope of activity.
