Pursuant to Article 160 (4) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on trade in financial instruments, theManagement Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. hereby informs that on 2 September 2009 it obtainedinformation on the purchase by a member of the Issuer’s Management Board 44,500 (in words: fortyfourthousand and five hundred) ordinary bearer shares of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.The transaction of purchase of the aforementioned shares was concluded at the Warsaw StockExchange S.A., in the trading day course, on 31 August 2009. The average purchase price of oneshare amounted to 4.27 PLN (in words: four zlotys 27/100).
