Hot-dip zinc galvanising
Polimex-Mostostal specializes in the application of anti-corrosion protection on steel constructions by hot galvanizing. The company offers:
- hot dip zinc coating, acc. to PN-EN ISO 1461, ASTM 123
- hydrodynamic painting, acc. to EN ISO 12944
- duplex coating (hot galvanizing + painting)
- cleaning (by shot blasting), acc. to EN ISO 8501-1
- surface preparation, Sa 2.5

- mechanical cutting: bandsawing, circular sawing, guillotining

- bending/profiling
- welding according to PN EN ISO 4063
- welding: MAG (135), MAG (136), UP (121), BH (783) and E (111) (materials: S235, S275, S355, S460NL1, S460MC and S690QL acc. to DIN EN 10025)
The execution conforms to the following standards: EN 1090, NS 3464, BSK 99, PN-B 06200, DIN 18800-7, DIN15018, DS 804, DIN 19704 and AWS D1.1.
