Polimex-Mostostal launched in Steel Products Division in Siedlce the modern lines for: welded profiles production and metallurgical profiles treatment. Trough this investment we were able to extend our services range and shorten the execution time.
Welded profiles (H-profiles, close profiles, T-profiles). We offer:
1. Welding of steel girders with the same or variable widht of beam Web, made of our own or commited materials - Steel S235 and S355
2. The production of box sections
The tooling of metallurgical profiles
(the cutting, the drilling, the burning with the oxygen)
All machines within a production line work automatically with each other.
The accuracy of the cut : ±0,5 mm on the length 12 m, the accuracy of the drilling (the space between openings): ±0,2 mm.
Possibility for cutting holes with different shapes.
Technological possibilities:
- dimensions of processed element L x B x H : max. 16000 x 1015 x 450 mm
min.500 x 80 x 42 mm
- max. thickness, which can be drilled - 100 mm
- max. diameter of a hole – φ 40 mm
- the cutting at an angle of 90o, 45o, 60o
- the possibility of cutting with oxygen and burning of holes of different shapes
- the maximum weight of an element - 5250 kg
