Member of the Supervisory Board delegated to temporarily act as President of the Management Board of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

Mr Piotr Andrusiewicz is an experienced executive in the energy sector. Since April 2024, he has served as President of the Management Boards of Enea Wytwarzanie and Enea Elektrownia Połaniec, where he was responsible for the strategic management of key power generation companies operating within Poland’s national power system.

He began his professional career at Elektrociepłownia Mielec, progressing from the position of Energy Engineer to Member of the Management Board responsible for Technical Operations. In this role, he oversaw plant operations, maintenance, investments, as well as development and environmental projects. Between 2013 and 2016, he served as Member of the Management Board for Technical Affairs at Enea Wytwarzanie, where he was responsible for delivering a programme aimed at adapting power generation units to environmental requirements and for integrating the generation business of the Enea Group. In 2017, representing Stal-Systems, he participated in the delivery of major power generation projects involving the construction of new generating units in Jaworzno and Opole. From 2018 to 2024, he served as President of the Management Board and co-owner of Enervigo Sp. z o.o.

Mr Andrusiewicz is a Management Board Member of the Polish Power Plants Economic Association (Towarzystwo Gospodarcze Polskie Elektrownie). He was previously a member of the Polish Association of Professional Combined Heat and Power Plants and actively participated in legislative initiatives supporting the development of Poland’s energy sector.

Throughout his career, he has supervised the preparation and delivery of key investment projects, including large-scale power generation units. Through numerous optimisation initiatives, he contributed significantly to improving the operational efficiency of the companies he managed.

Mr Andrusiewicz holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialisation in Power Engineering from the Cracow University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in Management Systems and New Technologies in the Power and Heating Industries at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as an MBA in Hydrogen Technologies and Energy Transition at the Silesian University of Technology.

Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie

Vice President of Finance of Polimex Mostostal S.A.

Ms Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie is a doctor of economics and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She obtained her MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology as part of a programme in collaboration with London Business School, HEC School of Management and NHH Norwegian School of Economics. She holds the highest level of project management certification: Certified Project Director issued by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

During a career spanning more than 20 years, she has gained interdisciplinary experience in finance and investment project management in Poland's largest infrastructure companies.

In Polish Airports from 2001 to 2014, she was responsible, among other things, for the processes of obtaining financing in cooperation with Polish and international financial institutions, financial planning, liquidity, financial risk management, insurance, as well as monitoring and settlement of investment projects for airport expansion.

From 2015 to 2019 in PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., she was responsible for monitoring and risk management of infrastructure projects carried out by the Company with a value of approximately PLN 70 billion. She also served as Chairwoman of the Investment Committee of PKP PLK S.A.

Between 2019 and 2024, in CPK sp. z o.o. she participated in the development of the Airport Subprogramme by preparing projects and planning documents related to the planning and design phase of the future airport.

She has served on the Supervisory Boards of, among others, railway and airport companies – PPM-T sp. z o.o., Dolkom sp. z o.o. and Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A.

She has been involved in a number of projects for the development of feasibility studies, financial models, business analyses and evaluation studies for infrastructure projects. She worked with the Warsaw School of Economics engaging in scientific and educational activities.
