The Management of Polimex Mostostal S.A.
Krzysztof Figat graduated from the Lublin University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power engineering, as well as from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Faculty of Economics with a specialization in the economics and organization of production.
Between October 2017 and May 2018 he held a position of the President of the Management Board of Enea Wytwarzanie where he was responsible, inter alia, for the finalization of the construction of unit 11 with the capacity of 1075 MW in the Kozienice Power Plant, as well as for launching the project "Construction of a gas and steam unit powered with gas from coal gasification". He also served as Vice President and CFO in PGNiG TERMIKA where, apart from the Company’s finances, he supervised the preparation process for the construction of a gas and steam unit with the electricity generation capacity of 497 MW and the maximum thermal input of 326 MW at the Żerań CHP Plant.
Krzysztof Figat started his career in 1993 in Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyczne Sp. z o.o. in Siedlce where he served as the President of the Management Board for 9 years.
Maciej Korniluk is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a specialization in finance and banking. He holds a Polish licence of a statutory auditor. Between February 2015 and January 2018 he worked in the Department of Mergers and Acquisitions in PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. where he also held a position of the Deputy Director of that Department.
In PGE he was involved, inter alia, in the process of the recapitalization of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. and Polimex Mostostal S.A., as well as in the acquisition of the EDF assets in Poland. Between February 2017 and January 2018 he served as the Chairman of the Advisory Team for the Development Plan of Polimex Mostostal and as a member of the Polimex Mostostal Investors Committee. Between October 2008 and January 2015 he worked in the Audit Department in PwC, where he held a managerial position from 2011 onwards. In the years 2012-2014 he was delegated to the PwC office in Houston. Between 2004-2008 he worked in the Audit Department in Roedl&Partner in Poland.
Przemysław Janiszewski graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. He also holds an MA diploma in Business Administration from Kozminski in Warsaw and a diploma from the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
Przemysław Janiszewski is a manager with many years of experience in the construction segment both in Poland and abroad. Before his appointment as the Vice President of Polimex Mostostal S.A. he held key executive functions in Skanska S.A. where he successfully managed and supervised strategic domestic and international projects.
Most recently he served as the Director of the Railway District at Skanska S.A. where he was in charge of the development of new operating activities of the company in Poland and Slovakia.
