The operating revenues of the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group for the first half of 2025 amounted to PLN 1,911 million, representing an increase of PLN 531 million (+38%) compared to the operating revenues for the same period of 2024.

Operating profit increased by PLN 133 million compared to the result for the same period of 2024.

The Capital Group’s EBITDA for the first half of 2025 amounted to PLN 129 million, an increase of PLN 136 million compared to the result for the first half of 2024 (mainly due to higher EBITDA generated in the Power Engineering Segment – more details on the following pages).

The Capital Group’s net profit for the first half of 2025 was higher by PLN 106 million compared to the result for the first half of 2024 and represents a margin of 4.0%.
