The resignation of the incumbent President of the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal SA
The Acting Chairman of the Board of Polimex-Mostostal, Robert Oppenheim, resigned from his post. His mission will end on 29 March 2013
A competition takes action that will bring the company's new CEO. Robert Oppenheim will not take part in it. The Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal will meet again on March 28 this year.
With the announcement on March 19 the results for 2012, the company completed the first phase of restructuring.
