Siemens Energy concludes a letter of intent with Polimex Mostostal assuming cooperation in the EU countries
Siemens Energy and Siemens Gas and Power GmbH & Co. KG have concluded an agreement on cooperation in the EU countries with Polimex Mostostal Capital Group
The companies will work in partnership in the process of acquiring selected contracts and during their implementation and procurement planning. The letter of intent has been concluded with regards to the construction of the gas and steam power units implemented by Siemens Energy in the European Union.
“The strategy of Siemens Energy Poland is to support the export activity of our partners in Poland and to expand this solid partnership through business activity within the European Union. We are glad that our long-term cooperation with Polimex Mostostal will include other EU countries where Polimex is already present. This partnership will also create an opportunity for our other local partners to compete on the international markets. Our strategic goal is to create an ecosystem of domestic companies with various competences who will be able to partner with us on the projects implemented abroad” – said Grzegorz Należyty, the President of the Management Board of Siemens Energy in Poland.
The companies within Polimex Mostostal Capital Group will support Siemens in the scope of their flagship competences such as engineering, construction and production.
