The Supervisory Board has delegated Mr. Dariusz Krawczyk to act as the President of the Management Board of the Company
On the 28th of March 2013 the Supervisory Board of Polimex-Mostostal delegated Mr. Dariusz Krawczyk, holding the position of the vice-president of the Supervisory Board, to temporarily (until 30th of April 2013) hold the position of the member of the Management Board and act as the president of the Management Board of the Company.
