KDPW’s (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych) Statement on registration of T-series shares

Legal basic: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Public Offering Act – current and periodic information

In reference to current report No 85/2017 of 31 October 2017, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A. (The “Company”) informs that on 2 November 2017, KDPW S.A.’s Operations Department (The National Depository for Securities)  (”KDPW”) issued on the basis of the resolution of KDPW’s management board No 736/17 dated 30 October 2017, communication No. ONP/2017/187, in which it announced the registration of 150 million of the Company’s T-series shares on 3 November 2017, under code PLMSTSD00019.

Legal basis: § 38 item 1 point 1 of the Minister of Finance Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state.
