The Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that today the Company received a letter from Mr. Antoni Józwowicz in which he resigned from his position as President of the Management Board, effective today.
Mr. Józwowicz cited personal reasons for his resignation.
