Signature of annexes to a multi-purpose credit agreement with PKO BP S.A.

With reference to report no. 45/2009, the Management Board of Polimex-Mostostal S.A.informs that on 15.02.2010 it received, Annex no. 3 to the multi-purpose credit agreement no.202-127/LW/I/5/2007 dated 13.02.2007 as signed by PKO BP S.A. for the amount of PLN30,000,000.00 amended with Annex no. 1 dated 20.02.2007 and Annex no. 2 dated 25.01.2008extending the deadline for credit utilisation under the multi-purpose credit agreement dated12.02.2011 and the deadline for the guarantee line utilisation until 12.02.2013.

Security of the agreement and the amount of commission have been agreed upon on marketterms.
