Establishment of mortgages constituting security for a loan/credit [line] agreement in relation to [bank] guarantee line

In reference to the current report no 75/2017, the Management Board of "Polimex-Mostostal" SA with its registered office in Warsaw (”the Company”) informs that, by means of electronic services of the Ministry of Justice (located at: https://przegladarka-ekw.ms.gov.pl/eukw_prz/KsiegiWieczyste), it has information that today the last entry on the establishment of a mortgage in the land and mortgage register has been made. The Company’s Real Properties have been mortgaged under the agreement up to the total sum of PLN 360 million, which secures Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego’s claims under the credit agreement for guarantee facility and related renewable and non-renewable loans and agreements associated with the said agreement.
